Firefighters were called to a Fort Collins shopping center Sunday afternoon to put out a fire in a parked motor home. We have a video thanks to the Coloradoan.

An unidentified woman was rescued from the Poudre River yesterday just after noon about ¼ mile east of Overland Trail and the Poudre River in northwest Fort Collins.

Poudre Fire Authority is refuting a story that was published by a Denver metro-area news outlet on June 18, 2014. PFA claims that the story contains misinformation and mischaracterizes the events that took place during a recent incident on the Poudre River that left two people dead.

An old hand grenade had to be removed from a garage at a Fort Collins retirement community yesterday.

A suspicious fire caused more than $1 million in damage to a Fort Collins sign business early Thursday morning and now is being investigated as a possible burglary.

A Fort Collins business was burned in a fire early Sunday morning in an industrial building in the east part of town. Two firefighters were injured while battling the blaze.

Details are just coming out and there is little we know at this moment, but we do know that emergency authorities are responding to an aircraft crash.

An improperly discarded cigarette caused the Sail Boat Fire that burned 1 1/2 acres on the east side of Horsetooth Reservoir on Wednesday. Poudre Fire Authority was called to the fire in the 3300 block of South Centennial drive around 2 pm on Wednesday.

Forty-two firefighters battled for almost an hour to get a three-alarm fire under control yesterday morning. No was injured in the fire at the Buffalo Run Apartments, on East Lincoln Ave.
