When a vehicle that isn’t the General Lee from ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’ goes airborne, bad things happen.
It seems that the story for Northern Colorado lately has been one of steady growth as the area comes out what was for many individuals and businesses alike has been a brutal recession. This past weekend our area saw the addition of an iconic sportsman's store with Cabelas' grand opening and last night the brand new Mercedees-Benz of Loveland celebrated its entrance to the area as well.
What's even better than a bright red 1976 Bronco? According to Jason Aldean, it's a seriously pimped out 1976 Bronco -- complete with a leather interior and embroidered Jack and Ace playing cards on the headrest of each seat. Now, that's a pimped ride.
This past Saturday's severe weather took a toll on not only a large number of Northern Colorado residents, but also local businesses. Some of the hardest hit were the car dealerships in the Greeley area that are now dealing with a nightmare of insurance claims.
Ride 911 is a ride I have never done, till this year. The ride honors the fallen hero's and flight crews of September 11th, 2001. It's a very unique ride and one you can count me in for and I hope many of you will join me.
You know that I am a road warrior, nothing makes me more upset than to run across stupid on the road. Whether it's a failure to signal, cross three lines of traffic because you just realized you needed McDonalds or something from Walmart and cutting me off to go 20 miles under the speed limit.

I'll never give up or quite getting on my podium about driving. Sometimes stupid rules and I hope if I talk enough about it the smart drivers will reign over the less smart drivers on our roads where our parents, children, friends and mates drive.
