Thoughts as I Near the End of the Weight Loss Part of My Journey [VIDEO]

The end is near. I can't believe what has transpired over the last 6 months with Benchmark Medical Group in Windsor. November 22 will mark 6 months with Benchmark and by then I will have lost over 130 lbs and over 110 with Benchmark alone since I joined. I can't put into words the gratitude I have for that entire staff. I could not have done this without the support of every single one of those amazing, caring people there.

206...Today I looked down at the scale and saw the numbers 206 and it made my eyes start to water. I wanted to just take a couple minutes to express my gratitude. You can do anything. I am learning that I am going to need to dream bigger because I can do more than I ever imagined possible.and so can you.
