A recall has been put in place for Colorado and locations nationwide. The product being recalled is being removed from the shelves for a funny reason.

Both of these products are in a one-pound package and have four, four-ounce sticks of butter, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

TODAY says that the Food and Drug Administration created the recall due to the fact that the Kirkland products do not include the label "contains milk".

This could be an issue for Coloradans that have an allergy. Due to the risk of allergy, Costco is removing 80,000 pounds of butter from their shelves.
