We went to the Colorado Broadcasters Association Awards Saturday night in Denver.  (K99 won 2 awards:  One for the 28 Hours of Hope, and another for the K99 Truck Giveaway) My wife and I spent the night at the hotel where the event was held in the Denver Tech Center because we didn't want to drive home late. We woke up hungry, so we set out to find a good place for brunch! We found that place...oh did we ever!

It's Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen in Greenwood Village!  What an incredible spread! I started with the omelet bar.  I had the chef prepare a simple ham and cheese omelet with mushrooms. Simply delicious! I didn't stop there!  I had to have a slice of the enormous ham on the carving station! That was my wife' favorite!.  The waffles were delicious, but what really made the waffles was the home-made whipped cream.  I went back and got some fruit, just so I could put more of that amazing whipped cream on top!  I also had some incredible peel and eat shrimp and a couple pieces of catfish to top it off! Oh yeah, and a benit! (which I dipped in whipped cream)  I wanted to try the eggs Benedict, but I was too full.

The food was incredible.  The presentation was impeccable.  The cost about $20 a person, so take the credit card. It is so worth it though. If you love to eat, you will love Pappadeaux's! You can find it just south of Quincy and Bellview in Greenwood Village.
