
Vail Ski Resort Visitors Face Higher Parking Prices in 2025
Winter sports and recreation in Colorado can be a ton of fun. They can also get expensive pretty quickly. Skiing and snowboarding are highly popular, and enthusiasts come from all over the world to get the chance to ski the slopes at one of Colorado's many resorts.

Personally, I am not one of those people who love to ski, mainly for two reasons. For starters, I cannot really afford it. Full-day lift tickets, equipment rentals, and all the other stuff that goes along with the whole Colorado ski experience are something that I can't really afford. The second reason is that I'm not huge on being in the cold, winter weather for hours on end.
Vail Ski Resort Lift Ticket Costs for 2025 Season
One of the most popular ski areas in Colorado is Vail Ski Resort. For a single-day lift ticket, it will cost a skier or snowboarder $194 through vail.com. According to 9 News, you will also be paying more to ski the slopes of Vail this winter.

The Town of Vail has increased parking fees and will have skiers who drive up from the Front Range or other areas paying up to $50 per day. Parking fees will be $10 per hour in the Town of Vail, with peak days on Friday, Saturday, and holidays, having a maximum parking time of five hours.
Total Cost of a Day at Vail Ski Resort
If you are planning on riding solo at Vail Ski Resort this winter, you should expect to pay approximately $244 with the combined price of parking and a single-day lift ticket. Visitors to the Town of Vail can expect to see these parking fee increases start on November 14, 2025.
