The Goodness Food Truck was stolen early Monday morning (September 1) from the parking lot of the Fort Collins American Legion.

Trucker owner/operator Michelle Aldrich said she has reported the vehicle as missing to the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

The vehicle was taken sometime between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. Anyone who notices the vehicle is asked to immediately contact authorities.

The Goodness first hit the streets of Fort Collins and Northern Colorado in the summer of 2013 and is especially known for its sandwich called The HogFather, which features a pork loin stuffed with Italian sausage and wrapped in prosciutto.
