The Waffle Lab is a staple in Fort Collins. Whether you have visited their physical location at 130 Olive St. or have found their food truck, you and I both know that they have amazing food.

Well, you might only be able to find the food truck from now on. The Waffle Lab has officially announced that its sister restaurant, The Burger Lab, will take over its physical location at 130 Olive St.

It appears so. The Waffle Lab made a post about the change on social media.

We were not exactly clear on if the two sister restaurants were merging, or if one was replacing the other.

We reached out to The Waffle Lab on Facebook and they let us know that the location on Olive St. will no longer be serving waffles. Waffles can still be easily found at their food truck which can be found at various locations across Northern Colorado.

Waffle Lab will no longer be operating out of 130 W Olive St. It will only be available via the truck or catering orders.
