City of Evans to Hold Flood Preparedness and Safety Fair During National Flood Awareness Week
During National Flood Awareness week, the City of Evans will be hosting a number of events to tell the Evans Flood Story, and offer opportunities for residents to connect to recovery resources. All events are free and open to the general public and will be held at the Evans Community Complex, 1100 37th Street.

Larimer County, in collaboration with the Larimer County – Flood 2013 Long Term Recovery Groups (Loveland and Estes Valley offices), is sponsoring an expanded Flood Recovery Information Open House on Saturday, March 8th from 10-2 pm at the Rocky Mountain Park Inn Conference Center, 101 South Saint Vrain Ave, Estes Park.

US 34 in the Big Thompson Canyon will close at Idlewild Lane on Wednesday January 29th at 9p.m., until Thursday, January 30 at 3a.m.to accommodate the replacement of the Idlewild Lane bridge girders over the Big Thompson River.
