DRCs are closed when the number of people needing disaster assistance falls. All DRCs are operated by the Colorado Office of Emergency Management and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, county and local governments. To find the open DRC closest to you, go to fema.gov/disaster-recovery-centers. Representatives from FEMA and the SBA are among the agencies represented at each DRC to explain assistance programs and help survivors apply for disaster aid.
