Would you like to see red-light cameras go away? Some Colorado lawmakers want to put a stop to red-light cameras. A Colorado bill that was introduced this week would take control away from cities and towns using the automated traffic enforcement devices. If the bill were to pass, Colorado would join several other states that have already prohibited the use of the red-light camera devices.

Pittsburgh’s Mayor, Luke Ravenstahl made a bet with Denver’s Mayor, Michael Hancock before the Pittsburgh/Denver Wildcard Playoff game. If the Denver Broncos won, Mayor Ravenstahl agreed to wear a Tim Tebow jersey and take a picture “Tebowing” at a landmark in Pittsburgh. He made good on that bet this morning and congratulated Denver for the win on Sunday.

CSU Football Coach Steve Fairchild Spent Time With His New Boss Friday
CSU football coach, Steve Fairchild had some time to get to know his new boss, Jack Graham today. The pair drove from Fort Collins to Wyoming for the Bronze Boot run so they had some time to visit. Thursday, Graham was named the new athletic director for Colorado State University and Fairchild has had a less-than-great season (3-9,) with speculation recently that his job could be in jeopardy.

15 Students, 1 Adult at Blevins Middle School in Fort Collins Treated for Symptoms After Unknown Odor Forces Evacuation
At around 12:30 p.m. Friday afternoon school personnel at Blevins Middle School on the west side of Fort Collins called 911 to report they had an odor in the building and 12 students saying they did not feel well. A Hazardous Materials Team from Poudre Fire Authority responded to the call.
