Yes, you can purchase a home from Walmart for under $10,000. The current and official price is $8,700. You can take a look here. Apartment Therapy says that the tiny home is less than 250 square feet, but Walmart supplies you with nearly everything that you would need.

You Will Have to Spend Some Additional Cash

Walmart supplies the bare bones of the home. They refer to it as a "shed," but many on TikTok are converting the sheds into homes.
