“Tebow-Mania” Forces UNC To Move Basketball Game

"Tebow-Mania" is even affecting the UNC Bears.  The Northern Colorado  men's basketball home game this Saturday against Eastern Washington has moved up an hour, to 4:05 p.m. , to accommodate Saturday's NFL divisional playoff game between Denver and New England.  The Broncos and the Patriots are scheduled to kick off a little after 6 p.m. The game will be held at Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion in Greeley.

Altitude Sports & Entertainment, which will broadcast the Bears' and Eagles'  Game, requested the change.

Northern Colorado  holds a 6-5 all-time mark against Eastern Washington and a 4-2 record against the Eagles in Greeley.

The Bears will play Portland State  on Thursday before the game on Saturday.
