Man Died After Fort Collins Rollover Crash on Monday
A 24-year-old man died after he was ejected from a single-vehicle rollover crash in Fort Collins on Monday, according to a Fort Collins Police Services press release.
The incident occurred around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Lemay Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.
The man was driving a 2003 Ford F150 truck. The vehicle crossed Lincoln Avenue and continued off the southwest corner of the intersection, rolling one time.
The driver was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries. The Coloradoan reports this is the sixth vehicle fatality in Larimer County in 2019.
The southbound lane of Lemay Avenue was closed between Buckingham Street and Lincoln Avenue for about five hours while investigators processed the scene.
