PR Newswire released a new list, in collaboration with Zillow, of the top 10 states that Gen Z is moving to.

Gen Z has no problem moving from their hometown and picking a more suitable destination.

Colorado is the sixth most popular destination for out-of-state movers of that generation.

In one annual year, 39,797 moved to Colorado. It is also important to note that Colorado was not a top 10 state for Gen Z to move out of.

There are many opportunities for Gen Z as Colorado continues evolving in the tech industry. Also, 55% of Gen Z prefer to work remotely. We would conclude that although some of this generation moved to Colorado for work purposes, most of Gen Z moved to the Centennial State for quality of life.
