Defensive coordinator Tyson Summers will be stepping into the role on an interim basis. CSU officials confirmed that they will be conducting a nationwide search for the leader of their football program.

Colorado State's quarterback has officially left the program, according to reports from ESPN. Redshirt junior Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi chose to leave the Rams following the firing of Norvell on Sunday.

Sources from ESPN claim that he is planning to enter the transfer portal. Fowler-Nicolosi hasn't played since the team's loss to UTA on September 20th.
The Aledo, Texas native was a 28-game starter for CSU, putting up 6,938 career passing yards.
Over the course of his four years with the program he's had 45 touchdowns and 34 turnovers.

Fowler-Nicolosi has not made a public statement at this time regarding his departure from the program or his intentions to enter the transfer portal.
