Centennial, Colorado
Centennial, Colorado ranked 41st on the list with an affordability score of 114, a real estate market of 107, and a quality of life index of 32.
Longmont, Colorado
Longmont ranked 28th overall with an affordability score of 152, a real estate market of 26, and a quality of life ranking of 29.
Arvada, Colorado
Arvada came in right above Longmont with a ranking of 27, an affordability score of 142, a real estate market ranking of 33, and a quality of life score of 45
Greeley, Colorado
Greeley made the top 25 list coming in at 23rd with an affordability score of 122, a real estate market ranking of 43, and a quality of life score of 26.
Thornton, Colorado
Thornton is the best city in Colorado on the list for first-time homebuyers with a ranking of 13. Affordability ranked 147, the real estate market ranked 35, and quality of life was ranked 6th.
On the list of 300 total cities, Fort Collins ranked out of the top 50 at 58th place. Fort Collins had an affordability ranking of 170, a real estate market ranking of 73, and a quality of life ranked 11.
