Every Year Realities for Children holds its annual banquet to honor those wonderful people who help out kids who have been abused and neglected in our community.  This year's event also features "Keeping Dreams Alive", which grants the dreams of children who are served by the Larimer County Child Protection Services System.  I have the honor of co-hosting the event with Realities founder

Realities for Children is hands down one of the best charities I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I know many of you have supported their mission in many ways including the Realities Ride and if you ride a motorcycle of any kind your services are being requested on Saturday the 31st to help shoot a new video; at night. Does your headlight work?

You have to admit you're chomping at the bit to get some riding in now that we have Spring staring us straight in the face and this Saturday is a great reason to take off those covers, dust off your scoot and get yourself over to Loveland for the Irish Poker Run which benefits Realities for Children so it's a win-win.  Time for some wind therapy!

Every kid has a bicycle when he is growing up...right? Every kid should.  That is where Bikes For Tykes comes in, and right now they need your help. Saturday is the deadline for donating bikes and there are more requests than there are bikes.

The big blue tree on College Avenue got lit last night in Fort Collins.  Realities For Children's Annual NightLights Celebration was held last night on the lawn of the First Presbyterian Church.

Driving down College Avenue in Fort Collins in December, you can't miss the 50-foot tall blue Christmas Tree next to the First Presbyterian Church! It's been a holiday tradition for 14 years. It's Realities For Children's NighLights Celebration tonight!

Back-to-school time is rapidly approaching across Northern Colorado, and there's a buzz of activity at area school supply stores as families stock up on notebooks and crayons. 'Realities for Children' is asking for your help in ensuring local abused children have what they need to start the year off right.

I am hosting the 2011 Realities Cup invitational Golf Event on Monday, July 11th at Ptarmigan Country Club. This is one of the premiere golf events in Northern Colorado.   I have had the opportunity to host and play in the event the last 4 or 5 years.  Proceeds benefit Realities For Children, which provides emergency funding for abused and neglected children in Northern Colorado.
