This spring I had a barn snake, a welcome mouse catcher. It’s moved on now, but
was a very interesting ‘pet’ for a while. There’s a snake needing a new home, as well as a puppy, and an adult cat. Meet them now.
It's hard to find events that are pet friendly these days. In fact, most events want you to leave your dogs at home! Not the Larimer Humane Society! Dogs are welcome, even encouraged, to attend the 22nd annual Fire Hydrant 5 on Saturday at Edora Park.
If you are looking for a new furry family member, this weekend might be a good time to give a dog a forever home. The Larimer Humane Society has temporarily reduced dog adoption fees by half through Sunday. This special offer is for dogs 1-year-old or over.
