A WINTER STORM WARNING is in effect for nearly the entire state of Colorado until noon tomorrow, including the Front Range and Eastern Plains. According to Denver's 7 Chief Meteorologist Mike Nelson says, Moderate to heavy snow is expected Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. Expect 6-12 inches of new snow along the Front Range in the next 24 hours. Hazardous travel is expected through Tuesday morning before this storm dies down.

Northern Colorado will experience icy, snow packed roads today, so allow extra time for your commute to and from work. Depending on the track of the storm, you may also have a slow commute Tuesday morning as well. Temperatures today will be cold!  We will not climb out of the 20s today or tomorrow.
