The suspect's second felony warrant is for Failure to Comply – Attempt to Influence Public Servant / Violation of Bail Bond Conditions. He also has a misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Comply – 2nd Degree Trespass. Schell has no bond for any of these warrants.

In addition, Schell is wanted by another local agency for 2 Counts 3rd Degree Assault / Violation of Protection Order and Failure to Comply – Explosive/Incendiary Device Possession / Felony Menacing / 2nd Degree Attempted Motor Vehicle Theft / Criminal Mischief / 3rd Degree Assault / Theft .
