Every year, thousands of children go missing in the United States. Some run away from home, others are abducted, and others seem to vanish. According to the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children, approximately 460,000 children go missing in the United States annually.

What's even more shocking is that the nearly half a million children that go missing annually are only the ones that are reported missing to law enforcement. Realistically, there could be many more children that go missing every year that are not even reported.
