Thanks To The Digital Age You Can Watch An Incredible Celestial Eclipse Friday
This eclipse is known as a "ring of fire" eclipse since the Moon will fully block the Sun for a brief time making this a special celestial viewing but unless you live in Australia or the Southern Pacific, you'll need a computer.
The online Slooh Space Camera will host a free webcast featuring live views of the eclipse today, beginning at 5:30 p.m. EDT (2130 GMT).
Weather permitting those in the Hawaiian Islands, the southern Philippines, eastern Indonesia, parts of Australia, parts of Papua New Guinea and a small piece of New Zealand will be treated to something you just can't buy.
