We need to appreciate our legends while they are still with us. We can remember them forever after they are gone but we need to treasure them while they are here because you never know when they are going to be gone.

It doesn't matter what kind of music you claim to love, you know Hank Williams Jr. I was a dyed in the wool rocker and rebel in high school and you would hear the sounds of Van Halen, Kiss, Waylon and Hank Jr blasting out of my car speakers. Everyone loved and respected Hank and his vibe.

From 1989- 2011 you could not have a Monday roll around without one of your football buddies asking "Are you ready for some football?" Our Monday night party always started with the sound of Hank Williams Jr singing the Monday Night Football theme song
