One of my favorite times of the year and if you live in Greeley you know what I mean; Spring clean-up baby. Time to dump the junk and get ready for Spring.

The 39th Annual Spring Clean-Up Weekend for Greeley residents only (you will be required to show ID) is Saturday and Sunday, April 25 and 26, rain or shine. Cars and regular sized trucks are $10. There is a 4 tire limit per day and $2 for each additional tire.

  • Site 1 - General household debris, appliances and scrap metals (11th Ave North of the Poudre river; enter of H street)
  • Site 2 - Tree limbs etc. Basically all organic waste (8th St a mile East of Hwy 85 on the South side)
  • Site 3 - Hazardous waste, paint, batteries, pesticides, oil, etc. (1311 N 17th Ave. - 2 blocks North of Site 1) Site 3 is FREE - 5 gallon containers or less

Tree debris is NOT accepted at site 1 so make sure you check the location before heading out with your Winter junk. All electronics and computers will NOT be accepted either during the clean-up weekend. 1 ton trucks, and larger, and trailers must use the North landfill. Coupons are available at City Hall (1000 10th St.) for $30 that will allow you direct access to the landfill but there is a limit of 2.
