According to the National Weather Service, Fort Collins is expected to reach a high of 69 degrees by Monday afternoon. But, if you're planning to soak up the sunshine outdoors, know that there could also be wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour in the area.

That wind, it turns out, is going to bring in some cooler temps, and a slight chance of snow after 10 p.m. Overnight wind gusts could reach closer to 50 mph, and Tuesday's high is only expected to be in the low 40s.

That temperature dip will be short lived, however. Wednesday will warm up to the 50s, Thursday to the 60s, and we'll be in the mid-70s starting Friday, lasting through the weekend. You can see the full forecast for the Fort Collins area here.
