If You Love Costumes, Be in Downtown Longmont Each Month
It's good to see a Colorado city get into the spirit of donning costumes outside of Halloween or other holidays. Longmont holds an event every month, that draws not only locals, but folks from Denver and Northern Colorado as well.
When Do Downtown Longmont's Costume Crawls Happen?
On the last Saturday of every month (bar October,) Downtown Longmont puts together this fun costumed "crawl" event. That Saturday involves many of the Downtown Longmont businesses offering drink specials, with challenges, photos, games, food and more.
Another Reason to Visit Downtown Longmont
Downtown Longmont is a great destination; there's a lot to see, a lot of places to eat, a lot of places to get a drink, places to shop, to have fun, and to just people watch. Dressing up in pajamas, for example, can make for a great day. With 11 Saturdays throughout the year to "dress up," you can put a least one of them on your calendar each year.

Sure, maybe you've been on a "Santa Crawl" around Christmas, or a "St. Paddy's Crawl," but how about a Saturday where you dress up as a pirate? That is not not your ordinary crawl.
