How do you Eat your Wings? [POLL]

Strange question, but after a gobble fest at Jim's Wings last night, I noticed everyone eats them a bit different-even at my own table.

So, elbows out, I hunch over the table and dig in. I lean towards the 'flappers' only and I tear them in two before dipping them in ranch. I use a napkin after every bite and lick my fingers. I like my wings hot, but not make me sweaty hot or burn my tongue off Ram Hot.
