Here's what you need to know to get a free showerhead:

  • Bring your water bill from the City of Greeley Water & Sewer Department.
  • Bring the showerheads you wish to replace.

It's that simple. There are many different types of showerheads available, including a handheld model. Additionally, you can choose a showerhead in either white or chrome to match your current bathroom fixtures. The new showerheads are low-water use, high functioning; EPA WaterSense labeled showerheads.

If you are unable to attend the exchange and want free showerheads, sign up for an indoor audit. A water auditor will: seek out leaks, look for high water use appliances, replace showerheads, suggest upgrades, and more. Please call 970-336-4228 or reach them here.

Fun Fact: Showering accounts for nearly 17 percent of all residential indoor water use, or about 30 gallons per household per day. In the United States, that's about 1.2 trillion gallons of water every year in the U.S.
