A Colorado Based Budget Airline Announces a Major Upgrade in 2025

Usually, when I fly, I like to get the best bang for my buck. Flying pretty much anywhere is going to cost you a pretty penny, you might as well look for a cost-effective airline that is going to get you where you need to go for the least amount of money.

One of those budget airlines that offer cheap flights is based right here in Colorado. Frontier Airlines has been the choice of airlines for many mainly due to cost. What other airline can you take a roundtrip flight from Denver International Airport to Nashville, Tennessee for only $127?

In the past few months, Frontier Airlines has announced quite a few upgrades and amenities for travelers such as adding more than a dozen new routes in North America and the Caribbean, free checked bags for ski and snowboard equipment this winter, and more.

First Class is Coming to Frontier Airlines

On Tuesday, December 4, Frontier Airlines announced another evolution in the Colorado-based airline—First Class seating. The New Frontier is rolling out in 2025 with the new first-class seating option. According to the news release, these new First Class seats on Frontier Airlines will be luxurious, spacious, and in the first two rows on aircraft coming in late 2025.

Frontier Airlines will also offer the opportunity for travelers to upgrade to these new first-class seats starting in early 2025. These upgrades will be available to Frontier Elite Loyalty Members on every flight. Of course, these free upgrades will be subject to availability.

We've listened to customers, and they want more - more premium options, like first class seating, attainable seat upgrades, more free travel for their companions, and the ability to use miles on more than just airfare. These changes represent an exciting new chapter in our transformation into The New Frontier.
