
Fort Collins Landscaper Sentenced to 15 Years for Theft
A Fort Collins man was sentenced to 15 years in prison for taking money from local residents for yard work and then not doing the job. The Coloradoan is reporting that Christopher Daily pleaded guilty on April 1.

He admitted to theft of $500 or more from an elderly person, and theft of $20,000-$100,000. Nine additional charges were dropped by the Larimer County District Attorney's Office.
Police say Christopher Daily would charge customers $999 for two years of yard service, then not do the work.
