CBRE has listed the 16,000 plus square-foot school, with Art Deco architecture, for just over $4 million. The building has a gym, kitchen, office, lounge and classrooms, giving a future buyer several possible options for future use. Those could include 'retail, restaurant, food hall, brewery, office, art center, marketplace, sports venue, preschool, church' and more, according to a listing on LoopNet.

'This historic brick school currently includes [these] assets but can be considered a blank canvas for the potential user,' the CBRE listing says.

'Harmony School, erected in 1931 to serve local farm families, was one of the few Art Deco style buildings erected in Fort Collins,' Fort Collins History Connection said. 'The school year at Harmony School was structured around the farm schedule, with a fall vacation at beet harvest time.'

Annah Moore and Steven Stoeker of CBRE have the property at 2112 E. Harmony Road listed here, where you can see the full photo gallery.
