It's been a gray and wet few weeks, especially for Colorado standards. That is expected to continue for at least the first couple of days this week before we warm up and dry out later in the week.

The mountains can also expect about a 50/50 shot of rain and t-storms, and the high country can still expect snow, especially during the overnight hours. It will turn drier and warmer Wednesday through Sunday.  Front Range highs reach the 70s and low 80s.

Hopefully with all of the precipitation falling, especially in the mountains, that will help with the fires this summer. Things dry out QUICKLY here so the more rain/snow we get now, the better it will be for us during those hot and dry summer months in fire season.

We don't want another 2020...for MANY reasons, but especially the fires.
