If you want the elite status of the top one percent in the state, you are going to have to earn even more. According to axios.com, to qualify to be in the upper echelon financially in Colorado, you would need to make just under $900,000 per year to qualify.

Axios says that there were 27,447 residents in the state of Colorado that would qualify to be in the top one percent based on tax filings in 2021. I don't know about you, but I am nowhere near being in the top one percent of earners in the state of Colorado. Would I like to be? Wouldn't we all?
