However, one Northern Colorado pizzeria is going against the grain and making quite a name for itself. This pizzeria has been in business since 2024, but it is gaining national attention by making the list of America's Best Pizza by USA TODAY.

Inside Equinox Brewing in Old Town Fort Collins, you will find some of the best pizza not only in Colorado, but in the United States. Postcard Pizza is only open four days a week, and pre-orders are strongly encouraged after the first hour of operation.

Postcard's Detroit Style Pizza offers something for everyone, with traditional toppings like the classic pepperoni, cheese, or the sausage and pepper pizzas. You can also step outside of your regular pizza comfort zone and try something truly unique, including the pineapple, bacon, jalapeno with red sauce, hot honey, parmesan, and chives.

As a heat lover and a connoisseur of spice, the Nashville Hot with crispy chicken, spicy house ranch, pickles, parmesan, chives, and peppery Nashville sauce seems right up my alley.
