The AP, along with other sources, reports that the Trump Administration plans to relocate Space Command from Colorado Springs to Alabama.
The White House is saying it will make the move due to economic and political reasons.

President Biden decided to keep the headquarters in Colorado Springs in 2023. However, those headquarters will move to Huntsville, Alabama. The city is often nicknamed 'Rocket City'.

The Pentagon believes that moving Space Command from Alabama will save $426 million.
Huntsville was one of six cities across the nation that were being considered as the new headquarters for Space Command.
