We all have characteristics that make us unique since we are residents of Colorado. But are we obnoxious? I would not say so. However, I have to say that I am slightly guilty of a funny observation made by comedian Pete Holmes.

Pete Holmes Denver Video Goes Viral

Pete Holmes was promoting a stand-up comedy show at Comedy Works in Denver by sharing a past video of himself on a past episode of Conan O'Brien's late-night show.

Holmes was pointing out that every time he lands at Denver International Airport everybody has to check in on him because he might not be used to the altitude.

He hilariously calls Denver International Airport the Illuminati airport and says that every Uber driver makes sure he drinks plenty of water to avoid altitude sickness. Holmes says that Coloradans are a little overbearing for people visiting us.

I have to admit I am guilty of acting like this whenever I have out-of-state guests. So much so that my friends from Washington State say they are going to buy me a shirt for the holidays that says "you gotta look out for altitude sickness".
