Denver Zoo

The Denver Zoo has been a place of mourning over the past few days, after the passing of their three-year-old lion Sango on Saturday.

A newborn western lowland gorilla arrived at Denver Zoo last month, the 1st in 11 years. The endangered female gorilla, named Whimsie Adepa, was born on Feb. 25.

Denver Zoo wants your help in naming two lion cubs, who were born September 10 at the Benson Predator Ridge. It's down to seven boy names and seven girl names.
