I’ll Take 2 Chili Rellenos and a Tamale, Please!

If  it's time for dinner and I don't feel like cooking my Ashley will 10 times out of 10 times suggest Mexican food.

Ever since Ashley discovered tamales that is all she orders-yep, every time. :) Now I could do a Recipe Rescue and tell you how to make them, but really when they are done so well by Alberto's and Alberto's is on the Seize the Deal deal today... well... there really isn't any need.
