Healthy Snacking at Work
If you’ve been following my progress, you know that I turned over a new leaf a couple of years ago and began working out with the good folks at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness. So far, I’m blown away with the results. I’ve lost a ton of weight and feel healthier now than I’ve ever felt in my life. I still cheat once in a while, but
one of my biggest weaknesses is snacks. So, I was really interested when I found this list of Eight Healthy Snacks to munch on while I’m at work here in our studios. My fave?
