Fort Collins Cyclist Wins Bronze Medal at London Olympic Games


A Fort Collins resident won a medal at the London Olympics on Saturday.
Georgia Gould won a Bronze medal in the Mountain Bike Cycling women’s race at Hadleigh Farm in Essex, England.
This is not Gould’s 1st time in the spotlight. She has 74 career wins, including 4 National Titles.
What’s next for the Olympic medalist? Gould will compete in the World Championships in Saalfelden, Austria on September 8th.
Another Olympian with a Fort Collins ties is former CSU long-jumper Janay DeLoach. She also won a bronze medal.
