Denkai Animal Sanctuary Needs $380,000 or They Could Lose Their Property [VIDEO]

Denkai Animal Sanctuary, which specializes in the rescue of pet animals, equine and farm animals, needs your help.  They need $380,000 by May 1st of 2013 or they risk losing the 640 acres that the Sanctuary is located on in Grover, Colorado. That, of course is the worst case scenario and Denkai is exploring all of their financial options.

So how did they get to this point? According to the Denkai Animal Sanctuary Website:

When the Grover facility was purchased, Denkai was able to successfully raise a down payment and work with the seller to carry the note for them, however it has been four years and this note balloons in May of 2013.
