One of the most beautiful venues to watch a show or concert in Northern Colorado is undoubtedly the Union Colony Civic Center (UCCC) in Downtown Greeley. The UCCC announced their 2012-13 line-up yesterday. It features a wide variety of shows ranging from country, to comedy, to Broadway. The season worked its way toward more concerts than past years, but also includes many Broadway hits and first-time creations.
For those of us who live in and around Fort Collins it should be no surprise that Fort Collins has again been named one of the top bicycle-friendly cities in the country. Bicycling Magazine ranked Fort Collins No. 11 on the list of the top 50 bike-friendly cities in America.

The month of May is recognized as National Military Appreciation Month and this Saturday is Armed Forces Day. What better time to show our appreciation and say thank you to those who keep us safe. That is exactly what is going on at Bittersweet Park in Greeley on Saturday morning.
There have been some interesting write-in presidential candidates in years past like Jesus, Willie Nelson, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, and Tim Tebow to name a few. This year however, we may be seeing the most unique presidential candidate ever, and he comes from our great state of Colorado. Fruita’s Mike the Headless Chicken is running for president. Not only is he a chicken, and without a head, but he has also been dead for nearly 50 years.
If you didn’t already know, our studio is located in Windsor. After working here for the last almost five years I have fallen in love with the town. So much so that I am now a Windsor resident. But if there is one knock I have on the town, it is the lack of quality restaurants. Don’t get me wrong, there are a few, just not many. We are about to add one more though, as Wing Shack will open a new Windsor location in mid-June with the official grand opening around July 4th.
Every bull rider will tell you the same thing, “it’s not if you get hurt, it’s when.” Every bull rider can attest to the truth of that saying. Mount yourself on a 2,000 pound testosterone filled beast and then make it mad by putting a strap on its flank to get it to buck, and you are asking for trouble. You are also asking for some good watching. Here are some of the worst wrecks from Championship Bull Riding (CBR).
