Zquila Mexican Restaurant in Fort Collins is hands down one of the best places to eat in Northern Colorado. I am a HUGE Mexican food fan and theirs is by far the best! Let’s start with their chips, salsa, delicious queso and the fresh guacamole made right at the table. Now when ordering you must get something with their green chili. My personal favorite is the stuffed sopapilla. Now, while dining on this deliciousness make sure to try their signature Zquila Margarita. With the perfect blend of tequila and lime juice, this is one of the best margaritas on the rocks I've had.

The owners of Zquila, Louis and Kelly, opened Zquila four years ago. With the huge success they have had in their initial location, they are opening up a second location in Old Town this November. They also own El Charro in Greeley that has been the place to go for great Mexican food there for the past 42 years as well!! That’s gotta tell you they know how to make great Mexican food! Visit Zquila today for happy hour from 3PM to 6PM daily and 9PM to close on Friday and Saturday.
