This Fried Chicken Chain Is Coming to Colorado

If you've been to the South, you know that fried chicken is a big thing there. Not only is it a big thing, but you could almost say it is a way of life. One of these famous southern chicken restaurants will soon make its way into Colorado.

Before you start eyerilling and saying "that's all Colorado needs. Another fried chicken restaurant." Hear me out, because this place is legit good.

 Zaxby’s Chicken Has a Strong Following

When I lived in Jacksonville, Florida, we found this restaurant, and we truly enjoyed every meal we ever had from it. Zaxby's has been the topic of discussion as one of, if not the best, places to get fried chicken from, according to every person who has ever tried it.

Zaxby's Major Expansion Plans for Colorado

According to the Denver Business Journal, Zaxby's is expanding into Colorado and going big with its restaurant's entry into the state. More than four dozen locations are in the works for the state of Colorado, and 30 of them are planned in the Denver Metro Area in the coming years.

Where exactly will the first Zaxby's locations be in Colorado? That is still in the works. What I do know is that I am excited for Zaxby's to come to Colorado, as it was always one of those places we would visit whenever we went back to Florida.

Eventually, when Zaxby's does come to Northern Colorado, because you know it will. It is just a matter of time. I think a good fried chicken showdown would be warranted. Cane's versus Chick-fil-A versus Music City Hot Chicken versus Dave's Hot Chicken versus Zaxby's sounds like a good way to battle out the battered, deep-fried chicken in the future.
