Fort Collins is kind of the Kentucky of craft beer, but that doesn't mean that the folks in Northern Colorado don't love their whiskey too! The city's first Whisky bar, William Oliver’s Publick House, has announced plans to expand their only location after just one year in business.

William Oliver's, which is located in the shopping center at Drake and Timberline, is Fort Collins only dedicated whiskey bar. But they also serve up an array of beer, spirits, and wine produced exclusively in Colorado.

In a press release sent out yesterday the pub revealed plans to expand into the space currently occupied by EarthWise Pet Supply, thus adding around 45 seats inside, doubling the size of the front patio, and expanding their menu to include lunch, dinner, and a kids menu. They also plan to open for Sunday brunch with a Bloody-Mary bar.

They plan on beginning construction on the expansion as early as May 1st (pending City approval) and hope to have the new space ready for use by the end of May.
