Colorado is full of amazing cities, each with its own feel. There are many boomtowns in Colorado, which have had population explosions over the past few years.

Take Fruita, for instance. It’s expected to welcome thousands of new residents in the coming decade. Greeley and Fort Collins are also frequently mentioned as boomtowns. And guess what? Two of these cities are making waves and gaining national recognition.

Real Estate Witch scoured 150 cities and came up with a list of the 15 most promising places to live in America. They looked at things like how affordable housing is, how the economy is doing, and what’s going on in terms of culture and entertainment.

Boulder was ranked the top up-and-coming city in Colorado, but Fort Collins was ranked very close. Boulder is locked in as the 13th biggest up-and-coming city in Colorado and Fort Collins was ranked 16th.
