We are always looking for a quick and easy meal that isn't very expensive. My wife, Jenny, was at Sam's Club and was introduced to a product called Steak Eze steak strips for making steak sandwiches. It fit all of our criteria: Quick, easy, and it was under $2 per sandwich.
