While you're driving around trying to do some last minute shopping, take a few minutes and see if you have a chance to get money back in your wallet.

If you are a Verizon Wireless or Sprint customer, you could be eligible to a refund for money that you were charged since 2010. But you need to be quick, because the deadline to turn in your form is December 31st.

Earlier this year, the two cell phone companies reached an agreement with the FTC after they allowed third-party companies to make premium text messages without a consumers consent.

The charges were allegedly buried in the customer's bill, also known as "cramming".

To receive a refund, the charges had to have been received after July 1st, 2010 and both current and former subscribers can be eligible.

For former and current Sprint customers, you can click here to be directed to the online form.

If you are a former or current Verizon customer, you can click here to see if you are eligible for the refund.

However, if you are expecting to get a refund that will cover your holiday credit card bills, you can think again. Verizon will not be sending out refunds to anyone who is expecting $3 or less.

Sprint customers will be eligible for a $7 one time only refund.
