The Larimer County Sheriff's Office wants Hurley on multiple Felony Warrants for Failure to Comply - Domestic Violence / 3 Counts 2nd Degree Assault-Peace Officer-Bodily Fluids / 2 Counts 2nd Degree Assault-In Custody Peace Officer / 2nd Degree Assault-Peace Officer / Obstructing A Peace Officer / Harassment / Resisting Arrest / Fail to Appear - Attempted 2nd Degree Assault-Peace Officer – Bodily Fluids. There is no bond.

Additionally, Hurley is wanted by another law enforcement agency on warrants for Failure to Appear – 2 Counts Stalking / 3 Counts Violation of Protection Order / Criminal Mischief / Obstructing a Peace Officer / Resisting Arrest / Harassment.

The suspect is five feet tall and weighs 128 pounds. She has brown hair with brown eyes and has been known to go by the alias of Rose Hurley Marissa. Her last known address is 750 S Lafayette Drive #J202 in Lafayette, CO.
